The Sudar Ozhi Educational & Charitable Trust works under the motto “Educating rural women for the betterment of society”. Our Trust actively participates with the appropriate organization in tackling the challenges that arise in society. We have a minimal number of programs that make a big impact on participants. The main programs focus on women’s empowerment, particularly in social and economic development. Our trust has been listed as a proactive productive trust for women belonging to various communities. Our trustees are highly skilled, well trained social thinkers and strategize the objectives of the trust in people’s participation as well as case studies and have rich experience of more than 20 years on providing excellent services for the neediest.
We have dedicated and potential staffs to serve the community. The government related programmes reaches even the remote villages and the people are taking part in the benefits. NABARD, ICICI Bank, RDCC Bank, Tamil Nadu Social Welfare Board, and all different organizations are associating with us to offer Quality programmes to all the beneficiaries. We thank all of the dedicated staffs, Volunteers, Like minded NGOs and different Government Officials, who have put join hands together for our successive completion of different programmes. Objectives Of Sudar Ozhi Educational & Charitable Trust
- To provide education for those who have missed schooling and the opportunity of learning irrespective of race, religion or caste and etc.
- To work for the betterment of women and children.
- To give proper knowledge to improve their social and economic condition.
- To create a strategy and work with the downtrodden community for their economic development and to create social conscience in them.
- To create social awareness and make them aware of the need for liberation from operate of any kind.
- To help the homeless, landless labourers build house of their own.
- To work for the betterment of women and children.
- To the socio-economic development of rural people through promoting self help groups and train them to become as efficient and self sufficiency in order to make them as a best citizen of the country and make gender justice.
- To give education to the speaker section of the locality, enabling them to improve their social and economic conditions.
- To organize the rural people into association for discussing their own problem and arrive at solutions.
- To establish centers for imparting non-formal vocational education, general education to the rural people so as to create social awakening in their minds, enabling there to improve their standard of living and adopt a better ways of life.
- To educate about the objectives of the RCH (Reproductive and child heath), Awareness about HIV/AIDS and the support requires for the infected person and for the psychological and medical treatment to recover their health condition.
