The Exhibition programme was organized at Nagercoil by office of the development commissioner (H), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India & Hosted by SUDAROZHI EDUCATIONAL & CHARITABLE TRUST at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District from 26-10-2022 to 04-11-2022as per the sanction order No: C-17011/08/2021-22-CC(SR)-AC – 4, DT : 06-12-2021.
INAUGURATION
The Exhibition programme was inaugurated by Shri. A.K.RoopChandar, Handicrafts Service Center, Nagercoil, lighted the lamp and explained about the programme. Presidential address by Smt. A.Arputha Mary Abila, Founder, SudarOzhi Educational and Charitable Trust, lighted the lamp followed by, Smt. K. PRAJISHA, HANDICRAFTS PROMOTION OFFICER, HANDICRAFTS SERVICE CENTRE, NAGERCOIL, SHRI.LAKSHMANAN, POOMPUHAR MANAGER, were also present during the inauguration along with other officials from H.S.C of Nagercoil. After inauguration of Exhibition programme they interacted with the participants of the Exhibition programme.
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION PROGRAMME
The Exhibition programme was conducted at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District from 26-10-2022 to 04-11-2022. 30 Stalls were erected and 30 artisans participated in the Exhibition.
